What materials are used for Dancyn 3D Prints?
Most of our products are crafted using high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament, which is a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. For items requiring higher durability, we may utilize PETG or TPU.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location within the country.
Do you accept custom 3D printing requests?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Please use our 'Contact Us' form to provide details about your project, including dimensions and preferred colors, and we will get back to you with a quote.
Are the 3D printed items safe for children?
While our materials are non-toxic, 3D printed items can sometimes have small parts or sharp edges if broken. We recommend our products for decorative use or for children ages 3 and up under adult supervision.
What is your return policy for printed goods?
We offer a 14-day return policy for standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-designed prints or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Why are there visible lines on my product?
Visible layer lines are a natural characteristic of the FDM 3D printing process. These are not defects but rather a unique signature of how the object was built layer-by-layer.
