At Dancyn 3D Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique creations; if your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that custom-commissioned prints are final sale unless a manufacturing error occurred.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item.
Submit Photo Documentation
For items damaged during shipping or featuring print defects, please attach clear high-resolution photos to your request to help our technicians assess the issue.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely package the 3D print in its original box with all protective padding to prevent further damage and affix the provided return shipping label.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement print within 3-5 business days.
